At ST STRATEGO we have a consolidated track record in the management and obtaining of the VAT and IEPS Business Certification Scheme, granted by the General Administration of Foreign Trade Audit of the Tax Administration Service (SAT), which allows companies with the IMMEX Program to access a tax credit equivalent to 100% of the Value Added Tax and the Special Tax on Production and Services caused by their temporary imports.

Obtaining this certification, in its modalities A, AA and AAA, requires accrediting to the authority compliance with specific requirements in terms of inventory control (Annex 24), positive opinion of tax compliance, operational seniority or volume of employees registered with the IMSS, as well as the consistency of the information related to inventories, returns and production processes in accordance with Annex 30. The correct integration of the file and the solidity of the documentary controls are decisive both for the initial obtaining of the certification and for its renewal and permanence in the scheme, given that it is one of the regimes with the highest level of control within Mexican foreign trade.
