At ST STRATEGO we have a consolidated track record in the management and obtaining of new authorizations from the Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Services Industry Program (IMMEX) before the Ministry of Economy, accompanying companies from different industrial sectors in the registration process that allows them to operate under this export promotion regime.

The IMMEX Program allows companies to temporarily import machinery, equipment, inputs, and raw materials intended for transformation, processing, or repair processes, with the benefit of deferring the payment of foreign trade taxes. Obtaining this authorization requires proving to the authority compliance with a series of technical, corporate, and operational requirements, as well as the correct integration of the file in accordance with the IMMEX Decree and the applicable provisions — a process that, if not managed accurately, can lead to preventions, prolonged delays, or even the rejection of the application.
